Conscious Creation Exercise
We are ALL aspects of Source. As such, we are ALL Great Creators. It is the most natural thing in the world to create, we are doing it constantly. All day, every day, it is all we do.
The density of this plane of existence makes it difficult to remember our Original Source, however, so we use force instead of power, instead of magnetism.
And, through the cultural conditioning process we learn to disconnect further from our Original Source, which results in us judging and rejecting parts of ourselves. This perpetuates the division further, creating an endless loop of disconnection.
Here's an exercise to see and release beliefs that keep us disconnected from our awareness of Source, from our participation as a Great Creator.
1. Think about something that you want. A new house, a different mate, an award, a figure in the bank account. Anything at all, just something that dazzles you, inspires you, fills you with buzz.
2. Now consider this: we view these wishes like shiny beacons on a far away hill, as a solution to something that is missing in our lives. But what is missing from our lives is missing right now, and that thing is a far away solution. That thing is a means to an end, not an actual end. What we really want is the feeling that we believe that thing will create within us, within our bodies right now.
So ask yourself: what will that thing (achievement, relationship, account balance, etc) create for me within my body? What does it represent for me, what does it fulfill within me? It could be comfort, safety, peace, validation, etc. Really feel into the deeper unmet emotional need.
3. Now consider this: We cannot create on the outside what we do not embody on the inside. We cannot create those feelings on the outside through the achievement of that thing. At best it will soothe us for a short while, but the root problem is the disconnection from those qualities within ourselves, so we will seek the next external thing that promises to fill the gap on the inside.
A more sustainable way to address the hole is to reconnect with those qualities within ourselves, because they are simply places from which we are disconnected from ourselves.
So ask yourself this: When I think about that achievement, what beliefs do I hold about myself and my ability to achieve that thing?
This enables us to see the barriers we hold on the inside to experiencing the fulfillment of the feeling that we want.
"I don't deserve..."
On and on...
These are the inner barriers that we hold to experiencing the feelings we want to feel, and must be healed for us to experience the feelings we want to feel. And, just maybe, for that thing to appear in your life.
So simply allow the beliefs to surface, and then allow them to breathe. Acknowledge all of the beliefs, and see them. Allow them to exist, and honor the beliefs. They are "real," and they are happening.
And then, feel into how those beliefs feel within the body. A tightening in the gut, a lump in the throat, a constriction in the heart. All of it.
5. Dissolve the energetic patterns fully, and then release the Energy of Life to be free. This restores our connection with our inner wholeness, and with the qualities we seek to feel.
And then we are free.
