If you want continuous growth, get used to shadow work. It is the necessary “pruning” of our bushes that shapes our life. Our wholeness, peace, and presence is nurtured and honored by tending to the constant cutting away of, the death and transformation of, outgrown beliefs and patterns, in order to maintain the balance of pure growth.
Your life is a garden, it is up to you to shape it, prune it, cultivate it. Doing so makes room for greater flow and ease and peace. Stay connected to your inner wholeness. What disconnects us from embodying ourselves will keep us from Source and our ability to create. Cutting away, releasing, is what keeps life flourishing and healthy, in balance.
