Conscious Creation Exercise
We are ALL aspects of Source. As such, we are ALL Great Creators. It is the most natural thing in the world to create, we are doing it constantly. All day, every day, it is all we do. The density of this plane of existence makes it difficult to remember our Original Source, however, so we use force instead of power, instead of magnetism. And, through the cultural conditioning process we learn to disconnect further from our Original Source, which results in us judging and rejecting parts of ourselves. This perpetuates the division further, creating an endless loop of disconnection. Here's an exercise to see and release beliefs that keep us disconnected from our awareness of Source, from our participation as a Great Creator. 1. Think about something that you want. A new house, a different mate, an award, a figure in the bank account. Anything at all, just something that dazzles you, inspires you, fills you with buzz. 2. Now consider this: we view these wishes like shiny beacons on a far away hill, as a solution to something that is missing in our lives. But what is missing from our lives is missing right now, and that thing is a far away solution. That thing is a means to an end, not an actual end. What we really want is the feeling that we believe that thing will create within us, within our bodies right now. So ask yourself: what will that thing (achievement, relationship, account balance, etc) create for me within my body? What does it represent for me, what does it fulfill within me? It could be comfort, safety, peace, validation, etc. Really feel into the deeper unmet emotional need. 3. Now consider this: We cannot create on the outside what we do not embody on the inside. We cannot create those feelings on the outside through the achievement of that thing. At best it will soothe us for a short while, but the root problem is the disconnection from those qualities within ourselves, so we will seek the next external thing that promises to fill the gap on the inside. A more sustainable way to address the hole is to reconnect with those qualities within ourselves, because they are simply places from which we are disconnected from ourselves. So ask yourself this: When I think about that achievement, what beliefs do I hold about myself and my ability to achieve that thing? This enables us to see the barriers we hold on the inside to experiencing the fulfillment of the feeling that we want. "I can't..." "I never..." "I don't deserve..." On and on... These are the inner barriers that we hold to experiencing the feelings we want to feel, and must be healed for us to experience the feelings we want to feel. And, just maybe, for that thing to appear in your life. So simply allow the beliefs to surface, and then allow them to breathe. Acknowledge all of the beliefs, and see them. Allow them to exist, and honor the beliefs. They are "real," and they are happening. And then, feel into how those beliefs feel within the body. A tightening in the gut, a lump in the throat, a constriction in the heart. All of it. 5. Dissolve the energetic patterns fully, and then release the Energy of Life to be free. This restores our connection with our inner wholeness, and with the qualities we seek to feel. And then we are free. If this resonates, and you would like to go deeper, or have a guided Embodied Root Wholeness session to experience this process with me, please reach out. I'd love to support your journey. xo

One of the most powerful ways that we manage and edit ourselves is the fear of criticism from others. We allow this fear of the perception of others to control us.
When we do this, we are actually controlling ourselves, minimizing ourselves, editing our truth. Denying ourselves. Deeper still, we are all an aspect of Source. That is as spiritual as it gets. We ARE Source. As such, we are constantly creating. (We have just lost sight of how much we are creating, all the time, day in and day out.) Because we believe in the power of the criticism of others to harm us, we have ingested the control structure that we fear so much on the outside. When we have ingested the control structure, we cannot help but perpetuate it. We cannot create on the outside what we do not embody on the inside. We are incapable of doing otherwise, until we heal it within ourselves. If we want to take the sting out of the fear of external criticism, we must take responsibility for all of the judgement, criticism, and control that we perpetuate. Because when we see the extent that we are part of the control structure, and take responsibility for all of the places that we perpetuate the pattern, we will free ourselves on the inside. And when we are free on the inside, there is nothing on the outside that can harm us. The first step is to release the pattern of criticism and control that we hold within. The Embodied Root Wholeness process is one way of releasing this pattern. It is a teachable/learnable process of self-reflection and energetic release. Once learned it can be applied to any circumstance in life. Curious to learn more? Reach out for a FREE 15 minute chat! We are ALL aspects of the Great Creator, the original Source.
There is nothing more spiritual than what we already are. But, through the cultural conditioning process we have lost our awareness of our connection to Source, with the innate aspect of Source that we all hold. (And! Everything else is the same - everything. The birds, the bees, the rocks, the angelic realm. ALL are aspects of Source, and all are innately equal.) The religious control structure created by humans would have us believe otherwise - that some are "higher" and some are "lower," that some are "good" and some are "bad." This is untrue. Some are more connected and aware of their aspect of Source, and some are less. The density of this plane of existence combined with the control structure of the cultural conditioning is what disconnects our awareness of the aspect of Source that we are. Any belief otherwise is just a place where we have lost our awareness of the aspect of ourselves that is Source. Our “purpose,” is to be whole, complete, and peaceful, and to have the experiences of life that only we can have. We get caught in a trap of seeking an outer purpose, a role, a job, because we have lost connection with our inner Source of life. The way to live a purpose driven life is to reconnect with Source and do the next right thing. It's that simple. If you want continuous growth, get used to shadow work. It is the necessary “pruning” of our bushes that shapes our life. Our wholeness, peace, and presence is nurtured and honored by tending to the constant cutting away of, the death and transformation of, outgrown beliefs and patterns, in order to maintain the balance of pure growth.
Your life is a garden, it is up to you to shape it, prune it, cultivate it. Doing so makes room for greater flow and ease and peace. Stay connected to your inner wholeness. What disconnects us from embodying ourselves will keep us from Source and our ability to create. Cutting away, releasing, is what keeps life flourishing and healthy, in balance. A spiritual life is not an untriggered life. It is human to be triggered. A spiritual life is determined by what you do AFTER the trigger.
When you get triggered, what do you you? Do you go inward, and find the root of the trigger within - where the root of the trigger is *always* found - or do you look outward for someone/something to blame, judge, fight, reduce, squash. This first choice, in the first moment of awareness of triggered pain, is where the spiritual path is walked. Our true power, and the spiritual path, is found in that moment when we forego protecting our wounds, and courageously look at what is underneath the wound. And when we do this, very little needs to change on the outside...that was never where the problem was. (Of course, when something does need to be addressed, we do so from a clear, focused, neutral energy.) Our culture does not have responsible ways of managing our energy, of managing our pain. So it is up to us to find this path for ourselves. The Embodied Root Wholeness is one path to release the thorns and restore inner peace. If you'd like to find out if this is right for you, let's connect for a FREE 15-minute chat. We get attached to things being a certain way: our relationships, where we live, how we create money, what we eat, and how we play. Everything. This brings us predictability and control…and deep attachment to things being a certain way.
Being attached to anything makes us a victim to its availability, accessibility, presence or absence. Our wellbeing is outsourced to what is happening on the outside. And we freak out when things change. After a point, this desire for predictability makes us controlling, domineering, deaf, rigid, and fragile. Yet life is the one thing that isn’t controllable. At the deepest possible level, everything on the planet is comprised of energy, of life force. And energy is neither predictable nor controllable. It flows as it engages and interacts with other energy, constantly in motion and cycling, adapting and flowing. Like the weather. And energy, like the weather, is only, ever, true. It isn’t right or wrong, or good or bad…it is simply true. And that which is true, flows freely with the energy of life. When we control what is naturally occurring, force it to be something different, we are going against the flow of life. We are stopping the energy. It’s like we are trying to stop the weather (and we know how well that works). Humans, as a species, have only survived because of our ingenuity and adaptability. Think about it: we inhabit nearly every corner of this planet, in the most diverse conditions possible, because of our innate adaptability. No other creature lives in every nook and cranny and corner of this planet except humans. (And probably some microscopic organisms and bacteria, but you get the idea.) So, rather than getting attached to things being controllable, there is an opportunity to go deeper inward, back to our more original way of being: to trust the flow of energy, and to trust ourselves to handle it. To release the desire for certainty, and to be open and available to the life that is happening all around us. Flowing and changing with it, allowing that which appears (or disappears) to move as it will, driven by it’s own truth. Curious. To live in such a way that we are emotionally available to the life happening all around us, flowing as it flows. Deeply present. Fully awake to so many possibilities. Also living in truth. Now that’s freedom. This is a culture that idolizes the appearance of wealth.
Why do we all want to appear wealthy when we are not? Because we think being wealthy means something about us. What does appearing wealthy mean about me? Why do I admire wealth, aspire to wealth?
And… when I am attached to feeling superior, I am vulnerable to feeling inferior. It’s a vicious trap. A set-up. A construct we believe. Because…what does appearing poor mean about me?
And this is simply too painful to contemplate. So, to maintain the illusion of wealth, and therefor to maintain the feeling of superiority, we twist ourselves into knots and go to extraordinary measures to create and protect and maintain the illusion of wealth by doing things like:
Living within this system of superiority/inferiority, of hierarchy, is a set-up. It keeps us mindlessly consuming and perpetuating, chewing up and spitting out, but never actually satisfying the hole on the inside. Because trying to satisfy the internal ache through external means is impossible. Any thing (on the outside) that would make us feel better about ourselves (on the outside) is a compensation for not feeling whole on the inside. A substitute for feeling whole on the inside. It’s the wrong remedy. The underlying belief in the hierarchy is not actually true. None of the external possessions or appearances or beliefs touch our innate wholeness, we have just lost touch with our deeper truth and wholeness. And when we feel whole on the inside there is no need or interest in external validation or approval. There’s simply no place to put it, and other people’s opinions and perceptions are meaningless. And all of these behaviors and beliefs go against our innate equality. Because underneath the belief in inequality (which is predicated on a belief in superiority and inferiority) is a deeper truth: that we are all divinely sovereign and equal. We have just lost touch with this wholeness by participating in the external hierarchy and validation cycle. And these compulsive behaviors and beliefs will never work, because external validation and internal wholeness are mutually exclusive. It’s a made-up construct that keeps us controllable. Exercises 1. Look at the hierarchy clearly, and all the ways in which you participate.
2. Once seen clearly, release the energetic pattern of hierarchy, and restore the connection with your innate wholeness. While feeling into the feelings within the body that the energetic pattern activates, say or write the following statements:
What if the "ego" is just acquired social conditioning, domestication, that is held in place through energetic blocks? Ego = energy blocks. Ego = entangled energy that is ready to be dissolved and healed?
Guilt is a place where we are entangled with another energy. We feel guilty because we behaved in a way in which we perceive that we harmed another. In truth, we can only ever harm another when *they* hold beliefs that go against their wholeness. So, our behavior shows them places where they hold their own wounds. (And they can only ever harm us when we hold beliefs and energetic blocks that go against our wholeness.) We only, ever, take the behavior of another personally when we believe that their behavior means something that goes against our wholeness. (Otherwise, we see clearly that their behavior is only a reflection of whatever is going on within themselves.) When we feel guilty for our behavior, and for "harming," another, there is simply energy to dissolve there. There's an opportunity to de-personalize the behavior by seeing it simply as energy. It is energy calling itself back to life. When we see the ego as part of us, we hold our behavior as personal, part of us, that we have it and that it's wrong. What if, instead, we see our pain as simply a place where we hold energy that is ready to be dissolved? This depersonalizes the cause, the behavior, all of it - it's simply energy that is ready to be dissolved. Guilt lives in the belief that we could have done otherwise.
We couldn't... (Until we could.) It's like holding ourselves responsible for not translating the classics from their native Greek before we could read. Instead: (Deeper) Energies come together Blindly playing out our learn-ed parts Energies call to be released, set free We honor the energy And we are free. The end. Any time, any place
We take the behavior of another personally Any time we assign a meaning to the energy playing out Is a place we are not yet free. We are entangled. Our entanglements are places we hold energetic barriers against our wholeness. We acquired these patterns They are not ours to carry. We can dissolve the energetic pattern, the barrier And release all the accumulated love behind it To flood our cells with the Energy of Life. We can heal, and free, ourselves. (That very experience is the path that leads us Home.) With honor for all. Namaste |
